She woke up one day.... and threw away all her excuses...
she decided that it was time to become accountable for who she was... what she looked like and the size pants (size 20) she wore...
she realises that she was missing a great deal by being over weight...
she wants to live life like it has an expiry...
love life and have it love her back...
she has joined a gym... and the biggest loser program and has made herself a goal...
she has support and is not afraid to call for it...
....she is ready to BECOME ACCOUNTABLE FOR HER LIFE!
She is me... and this is my blog..
It will be my diary... it will be raw and i am sure at times ugly...
this will document my journey.... so in December 2010 when I aim to be 40 KG lighter...
this diary will remind me of how far I have come.. how strong I have become and what I had to lose.... a whole lot of weight!

So.... now... I truely am walking in destinys shoes.. like the title of my main blog states....

resurfaced and still going!

Hey guys... i know.. i know.. im a slack blogger.... bet you thought that I had given up on the training thing.. huh!?
Well... guess again... I AM STILL PUNCHIN'.... and LOSING WEIGHT!!!!

On Monday I went in for a visit with the nutritionalist... didnt have one the week before... anyway... 3.3kg GONE!!!! That is what i lost since last time she saw me... and..... wait for it... 4 cm off my boobs... 4 cm off my um... is it hips or waist if you drew a line right from one side to the other, through your belly button? well... 4 cm from that area!
I have lost 1 cm from my arms (and built nicely toned muscle), 1 from my calf and 3 from my thighs.
I jumped on the scales tonight and they read 97.3 (that is a night weight too... i tend to weight lighter in the morning than night.. i have my 5 kg tight in my sight... though i dont know what i am going to use as the "reward system" for that.. the kids keep asking.. but i keep saying... i dont know... i would hate to say the last time i was below 98 for more than a bout of a tummy bug... this feels fantastic!
Its going peeps... 4.7kg gone and 13 cm!
